In 2011 Adam and Tom setup All Med Pro in partnership with BMA (insurance Services) Swindon, a local commercial insurance provider. All Med Pro has seen significant growth over the last ten years, from a start up to a team approaching twenty and thousands of clients across the UK.
The driving force behind the decision to setup our own brokerage was to address what we perceived as shortcomings in the Insurance industry and more specifically, which we saw in the dental and medical product sector. It was an industry that appeared to be starved of any real innovation.

The reality is that it is not just healthcare that is starved of innovation. Many of the commercial businesses we work with require more than just an annual insurance discussion or support when a claim happens. For instance, many start-ups do not know where to turn for HR advice when they take on their first employee or a well-established business may have a requirement for certain health and safety guidance or training.

Going forward we have an ambitious growth strategy that will see a further expansion of our proposition and team. This will include training and risk management support, HR advice and more relevant and supportive guidance.
